Irene was most excellent and utilized all the skills one could ask for, when looking for a home. As a family who initially intended to rent, coming from 1500 miles away, Irene initially started working with us out of the goodness of her heart, with no financial incentive. Ironically, it turned into us buying a house 3 weeks later. Due to the distance of Florida to West Texas, we bought our house sight unseen, and Irene's exceptional communication, technical skills and navigation of many external factors shined bright, as she looked at houses for us, gave us assessments, worked late nights and always got back to us with answers to our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and need to shout out that her nearly 20 years in the community was instrumental in allowing us to find the personnel we needed to get tasks done. Irene was awesome. She helped us find a great house within our budget and worked to set a good price and made it stick. She was quick to respond to any question or issue we had through a multitude of communication methods. (Facebook, email, phone, text, you name it.) She was excellent at comparing the asking prices to the market value and identified places that were far overpriced, saving us thousands of dollars in the end.
